1. Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We usually process and package orders within 1 to 3 business days. Standard Shipping normally takes 7 to 15 business days and is free for eligible orders. If you need your bag or travel gear sooner, Priority Shipping may be available with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 business days for $10.00 USD. Total delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping time.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package through our tracking page or the carrier’s official tracking system.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Meiliexl offers international shipping, primarily serving customers in the United States and other major global destinations. Orders are shipped from our central fulfillment facility.
Q: What if my package is lost or damaged during transit?
A: If your package is confirmed lost in transit, or if your bag arrives damaged, heavily scuffed, or unusable, please contact us as soon as possible at alexisfreeman80322@outlook.com. Please keep the original packaging and send clear photos of the damaged item and package. Our support team will review the case and help arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.
2. Product Quality & Functionality
Q: What materials are your backpacks made of? Are they waterproof?
A: Meiliexl focuses on both style and everyday functionality. Our backpacks and bags are made with durable polyester fabrics, water-resistant materials, or nylon blends depending on the product style. These materials are designed for daily use, travel, school, and streetwear styling. They can resist light rain and splashes, but they are not designed to be fully submerged in water.
Q: Do your backpacks have laptop compartments?
A: Many Meiliexl backpacks and travel bags include padded laptop compartments or tech storage areas. Some styles can fit laptops up to 15.6 inches. Please check the product description and specification section on each product page for exact size details.
Q: Are the bags suitable for daily use and travel?
A: Yes. Our bags are designed for daily carrying, school, commuting, short trips, travel, and streetwear outfits. Different styles may offer different storage layouts, so we recommend checking the product images and descriptions before placing your order.
3. Orders & Returns
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your package. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, authenticity seals, and protective films intact. Authorized returns are processed through our central return center in China. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for full instructions.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: We work hard to process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has entered the shipping or logistics process, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
Q: What should I do if I received the wrong item?
A: We apologize if you received the wrong item. Please contact our customer support team with your order number and clear photos of the item, including the style, color, and packaging. After verification, we will help arrange a replacement, return, or refund according to the situation.
Q: What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
A: If any item is missing from your package, please contact us with your order number, photos of the package, and photos of all items received. Our support team will check the shipment details and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4. Payment & Security
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. We take privacy and payment security seriously. Our website uses SSL encryption to help protect your personal and payment information during checkout. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
